TIE BAR MATERIALS

We manufacture tie bars from the best stress-proof materials available for injection molding machines. For even greater protection we offer Industrial Hard Chrome Plating.
• Tie Bars are manufactured up to 1,220 mm (48 inches) outside diameter and 12,192 mm (480 inches) in length with multiple quality checks, including thread inspection with certified master gauges.
• Base materials are available in a variety of steels including: 4140 Prehardened, Chrome Bar, 1045 Stress Proof, or other specialty materials as needed.

TIE BAR BUSHINGS

We manufacture tie bar bushings from various materials with either standard grooving for grease inserts or graphite impregnation for self lubrication.

TIE BAR NUTS

We manufacture adjustable side and stationary side tie bar nuts.

TIE BAR COVERS
